Christmas Tree

I decorated my room for Christmas as well as decorating my Christmas tree. My room looks so festive with all those vintage glass ornaments. I got them at a Christmas sale. There was so much there and for very small prices. We got a light-up tree topper for only 50 cents.
Here are some of my ornaments:

Well sorry to say, my tree is just a branch but it does look good though.

Blackberry

Here is blackberry, our pretty kitty. She is very cute and cuddly. We have another cat, but he is grouchy. So I like blackberry best.

Isn't she such a cute cat?

Show Night

A while ago we had a show night. My brother, sister, and I made a stage and put on some shows. We had lots of fun and ate popcorn. In order to have popcorn, we needed bags for it. So I made these cute little bags and filled them with popcorn. Now don't they look tasty?

Mouse and Peach

I have gotten into playing around with photos on our photo program and it is really fun.Well, I was just playing around with a photo of a stuffed mouse and changing it to have a dry brush look. In the end it looked really good.
Here is my result:

Beat ingredients until smooth. Add
more or less lemon juice untill it's as

colorfully iced cookies - taste like so

Here are some cookies that we made. It was really fun decorating them and I love the colors of the icing.

Taste like so is a joke from the Pullip dolls website: http://www.thevalleyofthedolls.com/dollshop.php/Pullip/Celsiy

They are the "feel like so" dolls. They speak nonsense.

sewn mice

I've gotten into making mice and they're fun to make. Here's how: cut a rain drop shape from any soft material you would like to use, then fold in half and sew along the top from the nose. Leave a space to stuff the mouse at the other end. Once it is stuffed sew over the hole and make sure you are stitching the tail too or it will fall out. For the tail I use embroidery thread and make it into a long braid. Last of all, sew on a nose and some eyes.

This is a mouse family. On these mice, the sewn edge is on the bottom. I used to sew them like that, but now I don't because they can't stand up. They would always fall on their side.

A Cute Felted Dog

This is a dog that I needle-felted.
For it's eyes I sewed some black beads on to it's head.
It took awhile, but all the time used in making it was worth using.
Isn't it cute?
